As an REO specialist, I provide professional service to asset companies by managing their REO(real estate owned) properties. I have years of experience managing REO properties from taking possession, clean up, all the way to sale. I know how to take a property that is unmarketable and sell it. Our office is familiar with the REO management platforms Exceleras, Pyramid Platform, EQUATOR, ResNet, Cascade, and Single Source. I have provided services to the asset companies such as occupancy checks, evictions, rekeys, trash outs, yard maintenance, maid servicing, marketing, and all kinds of closings.

Property Management Specialist

As a property management specialist, I have many years of experience helping property owners manage their rentals. We use Appfolio as our main property management software which allows owners and tenants alike to make online payments easily. This software also streamlines the processes of viewing statements and ledgers, running credit and background checks, and taking care of maintenance requests. Marketing is done on a variety of websites including NTREIS, Realtor.com, Apartments.com,
Zillow, Trulia, Twitter, and Facebook. Currently, our office manages over 400 rentals.
